Net 30 Trade Credit Terms

Application for Net 30 credit terms is available to first-time customers with first

reorder (as well as to current credit card customers). To establish credit terms, four references with contact name, full address, phone and fax numbers are required in writing. Accounts with satisfactory credit will be given a credit limit and terms of Net 30 from the date of invoice. Late accounts will be denied further credit.

Shipping
Shipping is 10% of the order cost.
FOB shipping point is Salinas California.

Refused Shipments
Subject to a $30.00 restocking fee, plus cost of freight.

Damage or Short Shipments
Please inspect your shipment immediately and make any claim for credit / exchange within seven days of receipt. Claims made after seven days will not be honored.

Returned Merchandise
Merchandise returned for reasons other than damage is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Haiti Fair Trade must be notified prior to the return. All return requests must be made within seven days of receipt.

Backorders
All items you see online are in stock and available to ship immediately~ We do not do any backorders.

Exclusivity
We strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other.
